Dave is a legal expert with deep expertise in both Food CPG and biotech. He most recently served as General Counsel for Mars' Confectionery business, where he contributed to a strategic portfolio transformation centered on including healthier options; managed the global patent and trademark teams; and supported multiple M&A initiatives.

Previously, Dave was EVP and General Counsel Martek Biosciences Corporation, a highly successful publicly traded (NASDAQ) company that pioneered the development and large scale manufacture of algal-derived docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) through microbial fermentation.
